HIRH the Archduke Josef-Karl d'Austria, Royal Prince of Hungary and Bohemia, has been admitted to the Order as a Bailiff Grand Cross of Justice.

 

Archduke Josef Karl, who has been admitted to the Order as a Bailiff Grand Cross is the eldest son of Archduke Josef, head of the Palatine branch of the Imperial House of Austria, Captain General of the Order of Vitez and already a Bailiff Grand Cross of Justice of the Order and his wife Princess Maria of L÷wenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg. He is married to Princess Margarethe of Hohenberg, a great-granddaughter of Archduke Franz Ferdinand whose murder sparked the First World War. Archduke Josef Karl is a Knight of the Austrian Order of the Golden Fleece and Captain-General designate of the Order of Vitez. He has four children and lives in Berlin.
